Greetings: The members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Epsilon Kappa Sigma (EKS) Chapter in collaboration with the Alain Leroy Locke (ALL) Foundation are thrilled to announce our 29th Annual EKS and the Alain Leroy Locke (ALL) Scholarship Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Hermann Park Golf Course (2155 N MacGregor Way, Houston, TX 77004). The Alain Leroy Locke Scholarship Golf Tournament was the dream of some fledgling golfers who wanted to provide resources to students in Galveston County. The Mission of The ALL Foundation is to enrich the potential of students, teachers, and community by funding scholarships and additional learning opportunities. Education has always been of the utmost importance in underserved communities because it is an important step towards achieving equality, independence, and prosperity. Many of you have supported our tournament for many years, if not all. Because of your efforts, we have provided more than $40,000 in scholarships for students throughout Galveston County, as well as the Houston metropolitan area. The members of Epsilon Kappa Sigma and the Board of Directors of the Alain Leroy Locke Foundation thank you immensely. We are a 501(c)(3) organization through the formation of the Alain Leroy Locke Foundation. This allows donors the ability to submit their contributions as a tax deduction, thus enabling the pursuit of corporate donors.
